Volleyball Recap: Tuesday's Win Is Medina's 11th in Last 14 Outings + How To Watch

There's no place like home for Medina, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Stow-Munroe Falls Bulldogs on Tuesday as they made off with a 3-0 win.

Medina never let Stow-Munroe Falls on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-22, 25-21.

Kate Schellenberger paced Medina's offense, picking up 14 kills. Schellenberger got some help from Lauren Sherman and her 26 assists. Schellenberger was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

When it comes to explaining why Stow-Munroe Falls lost, don't look at Zoey Mccullough. Despite the final result, she had 13 digs and two aces. Mccullough has been hot for a while, having posted ten or more digs the last ten times she's played.

Medina has been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-10 record this season. As for Stow-Munroe Falls, they dropped their record down to 10-13 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Coming up, Medina will venture away from home to challenge Mentor at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Stow-Munroe Falls does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
