On Saturday Alonzo Carrillo scored three runs and stole a base while going 1-for-2. The performance marked the most runs Carrillo has had since back in May of 2024. Perhaps unsurprisingly, he's been consistent in that area too: the matchup was his third straight with one or more. For the year, he has slashed 0.245/0.439/0.306 with 16 RBI, plus 11 stolen bases.

Carrillo and West Wendover will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Oasis Academy at 4:00 p.m. on the 25th.
