Softball Recap: Coleman Takes a Loss

Coleman lost against Sevastopol back in April of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Cougars came up short against the Pioneers, falling 12-2. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Coleman saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Makenzie Nowak, who went 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Coleman's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Sevastopol, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 7-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Coleman will square off against Menominee at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Sevastopol, they will challenge Sturgeon Bay at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
