Basketball Recap: Sherwood Gets the Win

Sherwood saw some tournament action on Friday. They never let Plaza Heights Christian Academy onto the board and left with a 2-0 win. The two-point effort marked the Marksmen's lowest-scoring match of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Sherwood now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Plaza Heights Christian Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sherwood will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Clinton at 6:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Plaza Heights Christian Academy also won't see the court for a while: their next contest is against La Monte at 5:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
