Basketball Recap: Mooreville Takes a Loss

After flying high against Bruce last Saturday, Mooreville came back down to earth. The Mooreville Troopers lost 71-50 to the East Union Urchins on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Troopers have suffered since February 13th.

Mooreville has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-3 record this season. As for East Union, their win bumped their record up to 9-2.

Mooreville will look to defend their home court on December 17th against Mantachie at 7:30 p.m. As for East Union, they are taking a road trip to square off against Belmont at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. East Union is facing Belmont at the right time seeing as Belmont is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
