Recap: Nezperce Nighthawks vs. Highland Huskies
The Nezperce Nighthawks suffered their biggest loss since December 5, 2023 on Friday. They ended up on the wrong side of a rough 81-60 walloping at the hands of Highland. Nezperce has not had much luck with Highland recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Highland to victory, but perhaps none more so than Noah Watson, who dropped a double-double on 32 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Watson has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Gage Crow, who dropped a double-double on 23 points and 13 assists.
Nezperce has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season. As for Highland, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-5.
Nezperce will head out on the road to face off against Deary at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Highland, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Timberline at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Timberline is coming into the match on a six-game losing streak.
