Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask St. John XXIII). They took their game at home on Friday with ease, bagging a 42-14 victory over the St. Paul Cardinals. With the Lions ahead 28-0 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

A big part of St. John XXIII's win came down to the chemistry between Josh Pfeifer and his top target Micah Cohen. Pfeifer threw for 272 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 11.8 yards per attempt while Cohen picked up 107 receiving yards and three touchdowns. The bulk of those receiving yards came from one huge play: a catch that gained an incredible 60 yards.
