Enka dropped their record down to 23-2 on Friday, which also ended the team's 23-game streak of wins. They fell just short of the Crest Chargers by a score of 3-1. The Jets were not able to make up for their loss to the Chargers from their previous meeting back in April of 2019.

As for Crest, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.1 runs over those games.

For Crest's part, Aidan Ledbetter spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on three hits and racked up eight Ks. Ledbetter has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one walk in four consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Madison Crocker, who went 2-for-3 with one home run.

As of now, neither Enka nor Crest have any future games scheduled.
