 If West Florida Baptist Academy was feeling good  off their  15-0 takedown of L.E.A.D. Academy last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The West Florida Baptist Academy Conquerors took  an  11-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Snook Christian Academy Eagles on Monday. West Florida Baptist Academy has not had much luck with Snook Christian Academy recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
 West Florida Baptist Academy saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Ande Johnson, who  scored two  runs while going 1-for-4. Another player making a difference was  Evie Fredrick, who  scored a  run while going 3-for-4.
 On Snook Christian Academy's side,  Allie Clayton was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out 14 batters over  seven innings while giving up  five earned  (and one unearned) runs off   seven  hits. Clayton has been consistent recently: she hasn't  tossed less than six  strikeouts in seven consecutive pitching appearances. Clayton was also big at the plate,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while  getting on base  in three of her five plate appearances.
 In other batting news,  Savannah Clayton was a standout: she went 2-for-4 with a  home run, two  runs,  and two  RBI.  Alyssa Hayes was another key contributor,  scoring a  run while going 3-for-5.
 West Florida Baptist Academy's loss dropped their record down to 12-5. As for Snook Christian Academy, the  victory was  the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-9.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West Florida Baptist Academy will  take on Santa Rosa Christian at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. West Florida Baptist Academy is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 10.9  runs per game  this season. As for Snook Christian Academy, they will head out on the road to  face off against  Atmore Christian at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday. The last four games Atmore Christian has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
