Natalia got themselves on the board against Crystal City on Friday, but Crystal City never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 14-0 margin over the Javelinas. The result was nothing new for the Mustangs, who have now won nine matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Natalia got a massive performance out of Anaya Jones, who went 2-for-4 with four RBI, two doubles, and one run. Those four RBI gave Jones a new career-high. Leyla Saenz was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-3.

Natalia has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 13 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-4-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.5 runs over those games. Crystal City is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.
