Basketball Recap: Poultney Takes a Loss

Poultney lost against Long Trail back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Poultney Blue Devils took a 28-24 hit to the loss column at the hands of Long Trail. The Blue Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Poultney's loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Long Trail, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 12-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Poultney will welcome Sharon Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Long Trail, they will square off against Mill River at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
