Basketball Recap: Hermon-DeKalb Central Comes Up Short

Hermon-DeKalb Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. The match between them and the Lisbon Central Golden Knights didn't end well, with the Hermon-DeKalb Central Demons falling 47-29. Sadly, that's the third time they've come up short against the Demons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 56-37 back in December of 2024.

Hermon-DeKalb Central's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Lisbon Central, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 12-0.

Hermon-DeKalb Central will face off against Edwards-Knox at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lisbon Central, they will be playing at home against Heuvelton Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
