Basketball Recap: Perry County Comes Up Short

Perry County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Hickman County Bulldogs, falling 64-30. The contest marked the Vikings' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Perry County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Hickman County, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season.

Perry County will be home for the holidays to greet Santa Fe at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Hickman County, they will head out on the road to challenge Waverly Central at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
