Basketball Recap: Flomaton Takes a Loss

Flomaton lost against Central back in November and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Flomaton Hurricanes fell 50-37 to the Central Jaguars.

Central's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Brock Reeves led the charge by going 6 of 8 en route to 13 points and five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Carson Baxley, who posted ten points and four steals.

Flomaton's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Central, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-4.

Flomaton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, an 81-53 defeat against Escambia County on the 13th. As for Central, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 60-53 loss against Destin on the 13th.
