West Jessamine hadn't done well against Mercer County recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The West Jessamine Colts were the clear victor by a 58-37 margin over the Mercer County Titans. The Colts have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matches by 21 points or more this season.

Cardin Sickles and Izzie Carlton certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Sickles went 6 of 7 on her way to 16 points and six boards, while Carlton posted 12 points and eight rebounds. Allie Fenwick also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.
