Recap: Rock Port Blue Jays vs. South Holt Knights
The Rock Port Blue Jays were the 48-39 winner over the South Holt Knights when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. Rock Port fell to South Holt 54-48.
Loss or not, Rock Port got some senior leadership from Bannack Skillen who scored 14 points and Cade Makings who scored 11 points along with 6 rebounds. The match was Makings' fifth in a row with at least ten points.
Rock Port now has a losing record at 2-3. As for South Holt, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Rock Port will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on South Holt at 7:30 p.m. on December 12th. South Holt will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Maysville at 7:30 p.m. on December 8th.
