Softball Recap: Timothy Christian's Undefeated Season over After Five Games

Timothy Christian lost against Bishop McNamara back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Trojans came up short against the Fightin' Irish, falling 12-1. The match marked the Trojans' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Timothy Christian saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Alex Johnson, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2. Grace Hoffman also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Timothy Christian fell to 4-1. As for Bishop McNamara, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Timothy Christian will square off against Walther Christian Academy at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Bishop McNamara, they will venture away from home to face off against Shepard at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
