Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Grayson County). They took their matchup on Friday with ease, bagging a 103-59 victory over the Butler County Bears. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 21 points or more this season.

Butler County lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Briar Griffin, who posted 16 points in addition to six boards and five assists. He is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 40% in the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Justin Castlen, who went 5-for-12 to rack up 12 points and eight rebounds.

Grayson County pushed their record up to 16-5 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 79.0 points over those games. As for Butler County, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 11-11.
