Football Recap: North Stokes Takes a Loss + How To Watch

North Stokes managed to slip by South Davidson the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Vikings took a blow against the Wildcats on Friday, falling 43-13. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Although North Stokes took the loss, they still got scores from Aiden Bennett and Jackson Bodenhamer.

South Davidson was led to victory by Gage Underwood and George Nilsen IV. Underwood rushed for 100 yards and one score on only ten carries, while Nilsen IV rushed for 119 yards and a pair of TDs on only 13 carries. The dominant performance also gave Underwood a new career-high in passing yards (75). Another rusher making a difference was Myles Scercy, who rushed for 118 yards and one touchdown on only ten carries.

North Stokes' loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for South Davidson, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 8-0.
