Softball Recap: Heritage Christian Eagles vs. Bethesda Christian Patriots

Heritage Christian extended their losing streak to three on Monday, dropping their season record down to 2-6 in the process. They took an 11-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bethesda Christian Patriots. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Patriots apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Anna Hilbrich was cooking despite her team's loss, getting on base in four of her five plate appearances with two runs and one double. Sela Barrow was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two RBI.
