Football Game Preview: McCrory Jaguars vs. Marked Tree Indians

The McCrory Jaguars will square off against the Marked Tree Indians at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Marked Tree took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on McCrory, who comes in off a win.

McCrory will roll into the game after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up 12 points last Friday, then bounced right back against Izard County on Friday. The Jaguars blew past the Cougars 48-12. Considering the Jaguars have won three contests by more than 29 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Marked Tree had to suffer through a 52-20 loss at the hands of Des Arc. The loss continues a trend for the Indians in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost five in a row.

The victory snapped McCrory's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-3 record. As for Marked Tree, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 3-3.
