It was a good run, but Foreman unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Lycee Francais de Chicago. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Hornets haven't been shut out since back in April.

While Foreman ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-20.

Foreman's defeat dropped their record down to 15-6. As for Lycee Francais de Chicago, their win was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 14-3.

Looking ahead, Foreman will face off against Prosser at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Lycee Francais de Chicago does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
