Eaglecrest won the last time they faced Mullen and things went their way on Saturday too. The Raptors had just enough and edged out the Mustangs 14-12. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Raptors.

Caiden Van Damme and Dylan Lambert did most of the damage at the plate: Van Damme went a perfect 1-for-1 with one home run and three RBI, while Lambert got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs, two RBI, and one double. That's the most RBI Van Damme has posted since back in March. Blake Anderson was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Eaglecrest kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. They are a perfect 4-0 when they post 11 or more hits.

Eaglecrest's record now sits at 9-12. As for Mullen, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 12 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-14 record this season.
