Basketball Recap: Muleshoe Comes Up Short

Muleshoe lost against Idalou back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Muleshoe Mules took a blow against the Idalou Wildcats, falling 63-27. The Mules just can't catch a break and have now endured six losses in a row.

Muleshoe's defeat dropped their record down to 5-18. As for Idalou, they are on a roll lately: they've won 17 of their last 21 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 22-7 record this season.

Muleshoe will head out on the road to challenge Roosevelt at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Muleshoe is facing Roosevelt at the right time seeing as Roosevelt is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Idalou, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Friona at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
