Crofton is a perfect 6-0 against Niobrara/Verdigre since October of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Warriors will square off against the Cougars at 5:30 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with nine consecutive losses for Crofton and four for Niobrara/Verdigre.

Crofton lost 3-0 to Wayne on Thursday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-20, 25-14.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Niobrara/Verdigre challenged St. Mary's on Thursday. The Cougars fell 2-0 to the Cardinals.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-19.

Crofton suffered their first home defeat, dropping their record down to 6-14. As for Niobrara/Verdigre, their loss dropped their record down to 7-13.

Crofton was able to grind out a solid win over Niobrara/Verdigre in their previous meeting back in October of 2023, winning 2-0. Will the Warriors repeat their success, or do the Cougars have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
