Max Mason gave up the fewest earned runs he has since back in March on Saturday. Despite the defeat, he was still locked in as he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out eight over 5.1 innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Ridgeview is 2-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 5-12-1 otherwise.
