After losing to Charles City the last time they met, West Point decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The West Point Pointers enjoyed a cozy 36-18 win over the Charles City Panthers on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Pointers sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

West Point's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-2. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 25.5 points per game. As for Charles City, they moved to 6-5 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. West Point will host King & Queen Central at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Charles City, they will welcome Mathews at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday.
