Mark Morris is 8-2 against Woodland since November of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Monarchs will head out to face off against the Beavers at 7:00 p.m. The teams are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Mark Morris has struggled recently with three losses in a row, while Woodland will arrive with three straight wins.

Mark Morris lost 3-0 to Columbia River on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Woodland was able to grind out a solid victory over Washougal on Thursday, taking the game 3-1.

The win didn't come easy: Washougal scored at least 19 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-19, 22-25, 25-21.

Woodland's victory bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Mark Morris, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-6.

Mark Morris skirted past Woodland 3-2 in their previous matchup back in September. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Monarchs since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
