Volleyball Recap: Oconee County Comes Up Short

Oconee County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Jackson County Panthers. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Oconee County was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-23.

Oconee County's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.

Oconee County has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Brookwood on the 9th. As for Jackson County, they will face off against Dacula at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
