Oklahoma Union came out on top against Wyandotte on Friday thanks in part to the team's impressive six-run fourth inning. The Cougars walked away with a 7-2 win over the Bears. The victory continues a trend for the Cougars in their matchups with the Bears: they've now won five in a row.

Bodee West was excellent, going 3-for-4 with one home run. Another player making a difference was Jake Harris, who went 1-for-4 with one home run and three RBI.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Oklahoma Union kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least nine hits in three consecutive contests.

Oklahoma Union's win bumped their record up to 15-10. As for Wyandotte, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 22-12 record this season.

As of now, neither Oklahoma Union nor Wyandotte have any future games scheduled.
