Softball Game Preview: Rock Hill Redmen vs. New Lexington Panthers

The Rock Hill Redmen will be taking part in a tournament against the New Lexington Panthers at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither Rock Hill nor New Lexington posted many runs in their last games, so it might be the pitching crews that decide this one.

On Wednesday, Rock Hill didn't have quite enough to beat Fairland and fell 3-2. The Redmen have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, New Lexington fought the good fight in their extra-innings game against John Glenn on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Little Muskies by a score of 2-1.

New Lexington has also been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-13 record this season. As for Rock Hill, they now have a losing record of 10-11.
