Greenwood won the last time they faced Hurley and things went their way on Thursday too. The Greenwood Blue Jays took down the Hurley Tigers 49-30.

Hurley lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Madison Conrad, who posted seven points along with 14 rebounds and three steals. Those 14 boards gave her a new career-high. Hayden Young was another key player, putting up five points and five rebounds.

Greenwood's victory bumped their record up to 16-8. As for Hurley, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-9.

Looking ahead, Greenwood will head out on the road to face off against New Covenant Academy at 6:00 p.m. on February 20th. As for Hurley, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 52-42 win against Everton on the 14th.
