Football Game Preview: Creekview Mustangs vs. Reedy Lions + How To Watch

The Creekview Mustangs will face off against the Reedy Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Creekview will be strutting in after a victory while Reedy will be coming in after a loss.

Creekview will bounce into Thursday's contest after beating Newman Smith, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. The Mustangs walked away with a 42-30 win over the Trojans on Friday.

Creekview relied on the efforts of Cason Garcia, who threw for 304 yards and six touchdowns, and Brendyn Shed, who gained 166 total yards and four touchdowns. Those six passing touchdowns gave Garcia a new career-high.

Creekview's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-1. Those road wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 11.4 points on average over those games. As for Reedy, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-3.
