Cohasset is a perfect 10-0 against Mashpee since November of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Skippers are taking a road trip to challenge the Falcons at 4:30 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Cohasset had taken Rockland down for two straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Wednesday. The Skippers fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 2-1. While losing is never fun, Cohasset can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts soccer rankings (they are ranked 132nd, while Rockland are ranked 41st).

Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Mashpee's offense. They came up short against Norwell on Wednesday, falling 6-0.

Mashpee dropped their record down to 2-6-1 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home. As for Cohasset, their loss dropped their record down to 5-5-3.

Cohasset beat Mashpee 2-0 in their previous matchup back in September. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Skippers since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
