It was a good run, but Bronx High School of Science unfortunately witnessed the end of their 13-game winning streak on Saturday. They took a hard 61-45 fall against the Stevenson Ambassadors. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Wolverines came into the game with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 108th, while the Ambassadors are ranked 605th).

Bronx High School of Science's defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 15-2. As for Stevenson, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bronx High School of Science will square off against Hunter College at 12:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Stevenson, they will take on Fordham Prep at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
