There's no place like home for Wyoming East, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They secured a 58-53 W over the James Monroe Mavericks on Thursday. This was a revenge game for the Warriors: when they faced off against the Mavericks back in January, they had to take a 55-50 loss.

When it comes to explaining why James Monroe lost, don't look at Maggie Boroski. Despite the final result, she went 13 for 26 on her way to 26 points in addition to six rebounds and three steals. The contest was Boroski's fourth in a row with at least 18 points. Another player making a difference was Trinity Hill, who posted seven points and three steals.

Wyoming East's victory bumped their record up to 10-4. As for James Monroe, their defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 15-3.
