Basketball Recap: Ingleside Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Ingleside can now relate to. They fell just short of the Columbia Roughnecks by a score of 40-37 on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Mustangs have suffered since December 6, 2024.

Ingleside has traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last eight games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 17-16 record this season. As for Columbia, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 25-8.
