Baseball Recap: Waterloo Takes a Loss

After flying high against North Rose-Wolcott on Saturday, Waterloo came back down to earth. The Tigers fell just short of the Wellsville Lions by a score of 4-2 on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Tigers have suffered since May 11, 2024.

Waterloo has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-10 record this season. As for Wellsville, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-5.

As of now, neither Waterloo nor the Lions have any future games scheduled.
