Basketball Recap: Skagway's Luck Changes for the Better on Monday

Skagway won the last time they faced Hydaburg and things went their way on Monday too. The Skagway Panthers came out on top against the Hydaburg Warriors by a score of 65-52. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Panthers as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Skagway's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Hydaburg, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Skagway has already played their next match (against Klawock), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Hydaburg is taking a road trip to take on Thorne Bay at 6:00 p.m. on February 10th.
