Football Recap: Grand Oaks Find Success + How To Watch

Grand Oaks won the last time they faced Waller and things went their way on Friday too. The Grizzlies came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 28-20.

Grand Oaks had a senior duo take command as Grant Smith rushed for 42 yards and three scores and Keilan Gause gained 218 total yards and a touchdown. Preston Cloud also helped out with an impressive 95 receiving yards.

Grand Oaks' record now sits at 2-0. As for Waller, they dropped their record down to 1-1 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Grand Oaks will venture away from home to challenge The Woodlands at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Grizzlies' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Waller, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 49-7 victory against Westside on the 11th.
