McPherson put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Circle Thunderbirds with a sharp 10-1 victory. The Bullpups might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 matchups by nine runs or more this season.

Ian Razak made a big impact no matter where he played. He didn't allow a single earned run over six innings pitched. What's more, he posted five strikeouts, the most he's had since back in May of 2024. He was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 1-for-4.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Brock Richardson, who scored two runs and stole three bases while going 3-for-3. Brody Seidl was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing three bases while going 1-for-2.

McPherson always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .515. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Circle only posted an OBP of .208.

McPherson's win was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 14-0. As for Circle, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-10.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. McPherson will head out to face off against Mulvane at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Circle, they will venture away from home to take on Clearwater on Monday.
