Volleyball Recap: Bishop Amat Comes Up Short

Bishop Amat was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Paramount Pirates. If the Lancers were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Pirates when the teams met back in March of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Paramount scored at least 18 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-20, 21-25, 25-21, 25-18.

Bishop Amat's loss dropped their record down to 13-19. As for Paramount, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-22 record this season.

As of now, neither Bishop Amat nor Paramount have any future games scheduled.
