After failing to score in their last contest, South Webster made sure to put some goals up on the board against Fairfield on Thursday. They never let the Lions get on the board and left with an 8-0 win. Considering South Webster have won 12 matches by more than four goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

South Webster's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-1-3. The home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those five matchups. As for Fairfield, their loss dropped their record down to 2-13-3.

Looking ahead, South Webster will take on Chesapeake in a tournament on Monday. Fairfield does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
