Muncy waltzed into their game on Saturday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They took down the Neumann Regional Academy Golden Knights 64-47. 64 seems to be a good number for the Indians as the squad scooped up a victory with the same number of points in their previous game.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Muncy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Nathan Rogers, who dropped a triple-double on 11 points, 17 rebounds, and ten assists. The dominant performance gave Rogers a new career-high in assists. Kenneth Hampe was another key player, dropping a double-double on 19 points and 11 boards.

Muncy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 24 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive rebounds in seven consecutive matches.

Neumann Regional Academy lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Andrew Walter, who posted 18 points. Walter's evening made it five games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Daiton Thompson, who earned 15 points.

Muncy is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 17-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.9 points per game. As for Neumann Regional Academy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-11 record this season.
