Volleyball Recap: Rocky Mountain Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Rocky Mountain was the 3-0 winner over Poudre when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Lobos fell just short of the Impalas by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. While the Lobos didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Impalas 25-20 in the first set.

Rocky Mountain took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. The final score came out to 20-25, 25-22, 14-25, 25-12, 15-8.

Rocky Mountain has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season. As for Poudre, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Rocky Mountain will challenge rival Greeley West at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Poudre is set to square off against their familiar foe Loveland at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
