Basketball Recap: Florida State University High School Seminoles vs. Rickards Raiders
After flying high against Lincoln last Wednesday, Florida State University High School came back down to earth. The Florida State University High School Seminoles had to suffer through a 59-19 loss at the hands of the Rickards Raiders. The loss continues a trend for the Seminoles in their matchups with the Raiders: they've now lost four in a row.
It was another big night for Amirahs Hayes, who went 7 for 11 on her way to 17 points in addition to five assists and five steals for Rickards. The dominant performance also gave Hayes a new career-high in blocks (three). Another player making a difference was Genesis Henry, who dropped a double-double on ten points and ten boards.
