Baseball Recap: Waverly Comes Up Short

Waverly lost to DeWitt back in April and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Warriors came up short against the Panthers, falling 14-4.

Waverly has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last 12 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record this season. As for DeWitt, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-13 record this season.

As of now, neither Waverly nor DeWitt have any future games scheduled.
