Volleyball Game Preview: A.L. Brown Wonders vs. Central Davidson Spartans

The A.L. Brown Wonders will head out on the road to challenge the Central Davidson Spartans at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. A.L. Brown is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last eight games.

On Tuesday, A.L. Brown got the win against North Mecklenburg by a conclusive 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-10, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Central Davidson came up short against Winston Salem Christian on Friday and fell 3-1.

Central Davidson's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-9. As for A.L. Brown, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-3.

A.L. Brown beat Central Davidson 3-1 when the teams last played back in April. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wonders since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
