Soccer Game Preview: Foreman vs. Lake View

The Foreman Hornets will venture away from home to take on the Lake View Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.

Foreman is looking to tack another W on to their season record, something they couldn't quite do against Rickover Naval on Thursday. Neither the Hornets nor the Seadragons could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 4-4 draw.

Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Lake View was not quite Northside's equal in the second half on Thursday. They lost 4-0 to the Mustangs.

Lake View's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2-1. Foreman's draw gives them a new season record of 1-1-1.

Foreman might still be hurting after the 6-1 loss they got from Lake View when the teams last played back in April of 2024. Can the Hornets avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
