Baseball Game Preview: Ogden Bulldogs vs. Tri-Center Trojans

The Ogden Bulldogs will challenge the Tri-Center Trojans on Saturday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty run totals in their previous games.

On Tuesday, it was close, but Ogden sidestepped Woodward-Granger for a 12-10 victory. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Bulldogs have posted against the Hawks since June 3, 2024.

Meanwhile, Tri-Center made easy work of IKM/Manning last Thursday and carried off a 12-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Trojans, who have now won nine games by seven runs or more so far this season.

Tri-Center is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.4 runs over those games. As for Ogden, the victory got them back to even at 15-15-2.
